Cancellation Policy

Service Policy 1. Booking & Payment - To secure a booking, a "non-refundable deposit" of £100 is required. The remaining balance must be paid the day before the scheduled session. - For weddings, full payment is required 3 days before the event date. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Cancellations made 72 hours or less before the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit. - Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability. 3. Service Inclusions - All photography sessions include your own online gallery to share with friends and family protected with a password. - Wedding packages chosen will include what is showed on package description. 4. Delivery & Turnaround Time - Edited photos will be delivered within 7 days from the session date. - Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 7 days. 5. Copyright & Usage Rights - The photographer retains full copyright to all images. Clients are granted **personal usage rights**, meaning they may print and share the images but not alter or sell them. - Commercial use must be pre-approved and may require additional licensing fees. 6. Client Responsibility - Clients must arrive **on time** for their scheduled shoot. Delays may result in reduced session time or additional fees. - For weddings, a designated point of contact should be available on the day of the event to assist with coordination. 7. Force Majeure - In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, illness, or emergencies), the photographer reserves the right to reschedule or issue a refund if no alternative date can be arranged. 8. Refund Policy - Due to the nature of digital and service-based products, refunds are not provided once services are rendered. - If the photographer is unable to fulfill the service due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued.
